Disability does not equate inability. Everyone possess the ability to do something with thier skills, strength, talents, perspectives or minds that can contribute to society. Society has misconceptions of individuals with disability as incapable or dependent on doing anything thing for themselves or for society. This perception must change and it is about time society understands that the actions of and individual whether his or her ability or not physically determines the impact one may have in the society.

There are some examples I will site to further broaden understanding of equality for all because we are all capable of doing something.

Another inspiring figure is Maclean Atsu Dzidzienyo, who transformed his life through sports after becoming wheelchair-bound due to a medical error. Despite facing numerous challenges, including societal stigma and inadequate infrastructure for persons with disabilities in Ghana, Maclean became a successful Paralympian and advocate for disability rights.

With their stories they serve as inspiration to others to recognize that that disability does not define one's potential. As we continue to advocate for inclusivity and challenge stereotypes, we pave the way for a more equitable society where everyone has the opportunity to succeed regardless of their abilities.
